摘　　要：自身免疫性感音神经性聋不仅损伤耳蜗,而且损伤蜗后,本文重点介绍发病机制、组织病理学改变、临床分型和鉴别诊断。Autoimmune sensorineural hearing loss insults not only the cochlea but also the retrocochlea. This article emphatically recommends the pathogenesis, pathological changes, clinic classification, diagnosis and differential diagnosis, and therapeutic regimens.
