摘　　要：介绍了创建社区图书馆的必要性,确立了社区图书馆的管理方式及服务模型,论述了社区图书馆信息中心和教育中心的职能,提出了共建社区图书馆的建议。This paper introduces the necessity of establishing the community library, determines the management method and service model of the community library, expounds the functions of the community library being as the information center and education center, and advances some inspirations of co-constructing the community library.
