金属针布专用钢丝球化退火工艺研究

摘　　要：对SWRH72B、金属针布专用合金钢A和B 3种钢丝的球化退火工艺进行研究.结果表明：φ 2.15 mmSWRH72B钢丝的最佳球化温度为（700±5）℃,保温时间在120min左右;φ3.50 mm合金钢A和φ3.80 mm合金钢B钢丝最佳球化温度都为（710±5）℃,前者保温时间为160～180 min,后者为180～240min,退火后碳化物球粒度都可以达到3.5～4.0级.To research the spheroidization annealing process of SWRH72B, special alloy steel A and B steel wire for metal card clothing. The results indicated that the optimum spheroidization temperature of diameter 2.15mm SWRH72B steel wire is （700 ±5 ） ℃ and about 120 min heat preservation time is suitable; for diameter 3.5 mm alloy A steel wire and diameter 3.8 mm alloy B steel wire, the optimum spheroidization temperature are all （710 ± 5 ）℃, the former＇s heat preservation time is 160 - 180 min, the later＇s is 180 -240 min, the spherical carbide can reach grade 3.5 to 4.0 after annealing.
