摘　　要：转基因彩色棉具有许多独特的特点,引起国内外的广泛关注。为了探讨转基因彩色棉纤维的结构,对转基因绿色棉和棕色棉的基本结构性能进行了测定,并与本白棉进行了对比分析。转基因彩色棉纤维的红外光谱图与本白棉纤维的红外光谱图基本相同,说明彩色棉与本白棉都具有相同的化学组成和分子构型。Invert gene color cotton has many specialities, and it is interested by people at home and abroad. To discuss the structure of invert gene color cotton fiber, basic structure property of invert green cotton and brown cotton was tested, and compared with normal cotton fiber. Infrared spectrum drawing of invert gene color cotton is similar to that of gray cotton fiber, it shows that color cotton and gray cotton has same chemical component and molecular configuration.
