摘　　要：为了顺利生产经纬纱均为紧密纱的细号高密直贡缎产品,重点介绍了紧密纺特细号纱,浆料配方、浆纱工艺及织造工艺的参数设置和织造效果。强调紧密纺特细号纱采用“两中一低”的浆纱工艺;织造过程中采用早开口,迟引纬,调整绞边及废边纱穿法,有效解决了织造疵点,使织造效率达到82%以上。To produce fine count high density satin drill which weft and warp are compact yarn, parameters configuration of sizing formula, sizing processing and weaving processing of compact spinning superfine yarn were introduced, Medium pressure, medium concentration and low viscosity were adopted by compact spinning superfine yarn. Early opening and later weft insertion were adopted in weaving, adjusting of leno selvage and waste selvage yarn can reduce weaving defects and make weaving efficiency reach above 82%.
