摘　　要：为了提高CJ/T 4.9 tex纱的成纱质量,并保持质量长期稳定,通过对A系列开清棉设备纺特细号纱工艺流程的选配,就各工序工艺参数、纺专器材对半制品及成纱质量的影响进行了优选试验,开清棉工序适当降低各打手速度,可减少对纤维损伤;梳棉工艺参数的合理与否对棉结的多少起着决定性的作用,同时加强设备、操作和运转管理是纺好CJ/T 4.9 tex纱的基础和保证。To enhance yarn quality of CJ/T 4.9 tex and guarantee stable yarn quality, optimizing test of processing parameters in each process, influences of spinning apparatus on semi-finished goods quality and yarn quality were done through choosing superfine count processing circulation of A series opening and cleaning equipment. Reducing beater speed in opening and cleaning process and reduce the fiber damage, processing parameters in carding process decide neps number. The base and guarantee of spinning CJ/T 4.9 rex is strengthening equipment and operation management.
