摘　　要：为了改善成纱质量,提高设备完好率以及运转率,根据FA507型细纱机的性能特点,运行状态以及产品质量要求,对其周期维修保养计划进行了合理的调整,并对维修内容作了修改和补充,指出了维修保养应注意的问题。通过采取周期计划维修保养和状态维修保养相结合的设备技术维修管理方式后,成纱质量得到良好的改善,减少了设备维修材料的消耗,降低了生产成本。To improve yarn quality and enhance equipment integrity ＆ running factor, maintenance plan and maintenance contents of FAS07 spinning frame was adjusted according to the performance speciality, operation condition and product quality demands. Attentive problems in maintenance were proposed. Through adopting equipment technology maintenance management of period plan maintenance combing with condition maintenance, the yarn quality is improved, maintenance material cost and production cost are reduced.
