摘　　要：为提高纯涤纶细号织物的上浆质量,对浆料配方及浆纱工艺进行了优化。浆纱及织造效果测试结果表明:选配PVA-1799与PVA-0588可确保浆膜的完整性与强力,配方中加入JL聚酯浆料能减少浆纱并绞和再生毛羽,提高织造开口清晰度,使纯涤细号品种在1511 M型织机上的织造效率达到86.7%。To enhance sizing quality of pure polyester fine count fabric, sizing formula and sizing processing were optimized. The test of sizing and weaving shows that choosing PVA-1799 and PVA-0588 can guarantee the integrity and strength of size film, adding polyester size mixture can reducing sizing combining and enhance opening sharpness, make weaving efficiency of pure polyester fine count variety in 1511M loom reach 86.7%.
