摘　　要：用流感病毒攻击小鼠建立动物模型,观察了重组干扰素α2b抗流感病毒的作用。小鼠采用滴鼻和腹腔注射途径分别给予40μL干扰素α2b,取40μL致死剂量(LD50)流感病毒攻击小鼠,观察IFNα2b抗流感病毒的效果。结果显示,干扰素可提高小鼠生存率。可见干扰素具有抗流感病毒的作用。The effect of IFNα2b against the challenge of influenza virus was explored using mouse model infected with influenza virus. The mouse was treated with 40 μl of IFNα2.b by intranasal drip and i. p. injection respectively, then challenge with influenza virus at a lethal dose. The protection effect of IFNα2b was observed, The results showed that the survival rate of mice treated with IFNα2,b was significantly higher than those untreated ones. Therefore, IFNα2b showed a protective effect against the challenge of influenza virus.
