摘 要:探讨了铰链销和孔在周期性载荷作用下的磨损情况;以A rchard模型为基础,建立了在给定使用时间t时,铰链间隙增量的数值计算公式;将机构各尺寸参数、载荷、材料属性、许用磨损量等均视为随机变量,给出了单个铰链与多个铰链的可靠性分析方法和计算模型;并以曲柄滑块机构为例,验证了文中所建立模型与方法的有效性和可行性。Aim. To our best knowledge, there is no paper in the open literature about the wear reliability of pin and hole of linkage subjected to periodic loading. This paper is devoted to such wear reliability. Our method is based on the well known Archard model. In the full paper, we explain in detail our method; in this abstract, we just add some pertinent remarks to listing the two topics of explanation: (1)mathematical model for calculating wear; the subtopics are the establishment of mathematical model (subtopic 1.1), calculation of contact stress (subtopic 1.2), calculation of relative sliding velocity (subtopic 1.3), and determination of wear coefficient K (subtopic 1. 4); there are eqs. (1) through (14) in these four subtopics; (2)analysis and calculation of reliability; the two subtopics are the reliability analysis and calculation of single linkage (subtopic 2.1) and the reliability and calculation of multiple linkage (subtopic 2. 2); there are eqs. (15) through (18) in these two subtopics. Finally we give the calculation of wear reliability of a crank-slider mechanism as numerical example, whose results are given in Tables 1, 2 and 3 in the full paper. These results demonstrate the effectiveness and feasibility of our proposed method.
