摘　　要：铸铝轮毂是汽车轮的一部分,不能漏气。为了检验产品的质量,必须对产品作加压测漏检测。根据汽车轮毂测漏的基本原理,以PLC作主控元件,实现检测过程自动化,实际应用表明,该系统可靠性高,效果好。The Cast Aluminium Wheel Hub is a part of the wheel. It mustn＇t leak. To examine the quality of the product,we must make a test to find out whether it leaks air by adding air pressure to it. The examination is based on the theory of checking the Wheel Hub, PLC as the main control component to achieve the automation of the process of the examination. Experiments show that the system is reliable and effective.
