南海海洋真菌4454号次级代谢产物的研究

摘　　要：首次研究了分离自南海红树林的海洋真菌(菌株编号4454)的次级代谢产物,从其发酵培养液分离到3个化合物(A^C),通过分析波谱数据分别鉴定为尿嘧啶(A)、甘露醇(B)和草酸(C)。The secondary metabolites of a marine fungus isolate 4454, which was isolated from the mangrove from the South China Sea, were studied firstly. Compounds A-C were isolated from the fermentation liquid of this strain. Their structures were elucidated by spectral data as uracil （A）,mannitol （B） and oxalic acid （C）, respectively.
