摘 要:简要介绍了植物纤维主要组成成分,植物纤维复合材料的发展历史和应用领域。分别阐述了竹纤维、剑麻纤维、秸秆纤维及木质材料中的纤维的化学组成及结构,以及其增强复合材料的制备方法、研究现状及研究成果。针对现有植物纤维复合材料研究中存在的问题,提出了利用TR IZ理论进行计算机辅助创新设计、发展植物纤维编织及混杂工艺、提高植物纤维与树脂间相容性及复合材料降解性能、大力发展农业生物纤维复合材料等方面的未来发展方向。The primary composition of plant fiber, the developmental history and application fields of plant fiber composites were reviewed. Plant fibers, such as bamboo fibers, sisal fibers, fibers of straw and woodiness materials, play important roles in composites. The chemical composition and the structures of plant fibers were introduced, and preparation methods and research achievements were summarized. The existent problems of plant fiber composites were researched, such developmental trends of plant fiber reinforczed composites as the composite designed through Computer Aided Innovation (CAI) based on TRIZ (Theory of Inventive Problem Solving) theory, and expanding the hybridization and woven techniques of plant fibers, improving the degradation property of composite and compatibility of plant fibers and resin, and developing the agricultural bio-fiber composite deeply were put forward.
