摘　　要：文章根据西藏社会发展对人力资源的需求现状,立足西藏教育发展实际,分析了西藏教育现状,指出了教育机制上的一些不足。并针对性地提出了一系列推动教育机制创新的新思路与举措,以完善西藏教育机制和实现教育创新为目标,从而为培养创新型人才扫除制度障碍,为真正实现教育资源向生产力的转化,为推动西藏地区实现可持续发展提供人才保障。In accordance with the demand state of the human resources to the social development and the reality of the development of education in Tibet, the essay does an objective analysis of the current situation of education in Tibet,and points out the shortcomings existing in the educational mechanism. A series of new ideas and measures are put forth to promote the innovation of mechanism. The innovation means to improve education in Tibet, and remove the obstacles in the system to train innovative talents. In doing so can provide personnel support for the truly realization of transforming educational resources to productive forces and the achievement of sustainable development of Tibet.
