逐瘀化痰汤、三生饮、抵当汤对实验大鼠脑出血后EEG变化的研究

摘　　要：利用大鼠脑内注血模型，观察比较了逐瘀化痰汤、三生饮、抵当汤对大鼠脑电不同时相频率、波幅、θ波指数的影响。结果显示，给药３组耐缺血缺氧程度显著优于造模加生理盐水组。给药组间比较，对频率和波幅的影响，三生饮组、逐瘀化痰汤组优于抵当汤组，而对θ波指数的影响，逐瘀化痰汤组优于抵当汤组、三生饮组。The effects of Zhuyuhuatan Decoction,Sansheng Decoction and Didang Decoction on the frequency,wave amplitude and θindex in different phases of EEG were observed through the rat disease model induced by intracophalic blood infusion.The results showed that the extent of resisting ischemia and hypoxia of 3 drug-given coups was obviously greater than that of the normal saline-given model group.Concerning the effects on the frequency and wave amplitude,Sansheng Decoction and Zhuyuhuatan Decoction were better than Didang Decoctionwhile concerning the effect on the θindex,Zhuyuhuatan Decoction was better than Didang Decoction and SanshengDecoction.
