摘　　要：通过对企业知识管理作业流程的分析及研究文献的探讨,结合咨询业企业的特征,建构了咨询业知识管理系统模型,并对模型的构成做了进一步的说明和论证。The paper analyses the working flow of knowledge management of enterprises, and inquires into the documents about the research of knowledge management. It puts forward the mode of the system of knowledge management combining the feature of consultant enterprises, and proves further the structure of the mode.
