不同手术方法治疗脑出血的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的：比较微创颅内血肿清除术和开颅手术对高血压脑出血治疗的疗效。方法：将我院2002年6月～2004年12月的82例高血压脑出血病人随机分成两组分别行微创颅内血肿清除术和开颅手术，观察6个月，比较其治疗过程中神经功能缺损、生活自理能力及疗效情况。结果：微创颅内血肿清除术可以降低致残率，改善生活自理能力，疗效优于开颅手术。结论：微创颅内血肿清除术是一种值得推广的手术方法。Objective：To compare the effects of minimally invasive surgery with that of traditional surgery in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Method： From june 2002 to december 2004 82 cases treated in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups： minimally invasive surgery group and traditional surgery group . In the fllowing six month the effects of deformity and living condition were observed. Results： Minimally invasive surgery gave the pations more advantage than traditional surgery in reduebilty of deformity and improve living conditions. Conclu- sion：minimally invasive surgery deserve to be popularized in patients with cerebral hemorrhage.
