应用输尿管镜治疗上尿路结石并发急性肾衰的临床体会

摘　　要：目的探讨输尿管镜技术处理结石梗阻并发急性肾衰的方法及临床疗效。方法应用输尿管镜直视下气压弹道碎石术治疗上尿路结石梗阻并发急性肾功能衰竭22例。结果术后经治疗结石全部排净,尿量恢复,3个月后复查肾功能完全恢复正常。结论上尿路结石梗阻并发急性肾衰时,先行B超及KUB检查,对不能明确梗阻病因者,选择输尿管镜检查;为能有效清除结石,解除梗阻,挽救肾功能,应尽早行输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术治疗。Objective To evaluate the feasibility and effect of ureteroseopic pneumatic lithotripsy on acute renal failure caused by obstruction of upper urinary calculi. Methods Ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy was used in 22 cases with acute renal failure caused by calculi obstruction of bilateral upper urinary. Results All cases were cured and got recovery of renal function after 3 months. Conclusion KUB and B uhrasonography were the first choice of diagnostic measures when acute renal failure was caused by obstruction of upper urinary calculi.Ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy can be recommended as soon as possible.
