摘　　要：生物信息学中的结构比较在后基因时代中地位重要,在过去的十几年间,以蛋白质为主的结构比较算法研究取得了重大的进步。从几个方面对部分较重要和新近出现的算法进行了分析:以VAST与DALI算法为代表,阐述了全局与局部结构比较的情况;讨论了利用数学记号进行结构比较的算法;并简评了生物大分子表面结构比较的研究现状。Structural comparison applied in bioinformatics, which is essential to the post-genomic era, has been making great progress in the past decades. Some important comparison algorithms and new development of that are discussed：VAST and DALI algorithms are expatiated as examples to demonstrate global and local structural comparison;the use of mathematic token in structural comparison is reviewed; and a brief discussion about the macromolecular surface comparison is given.
