摘 要:利用有限元方法对K型椭圆芯边孔光纤的双折射进行了分析,并对边孔光纤光栅的反射谱双峰间距的压力及温度敏感特性进行了实验研究。数值分析得到椭圆芯边孔光纤双折射的压力和温度敏感系数分别为3.74×10-6/MPa和-5.86×10-8/℃,实验得到边孔光纤光栅双峰间距的压力及温度效应系数分别为6.1 pm/MPa和-0.067 pm/℃,理论与实验结果相吻合。研究结果对光纤静水压力传感器的研究具有参考价值。The finite element method has been used to analyze the birefringence of K type side-hole fiber with elliptical core, and experiment to study the pressure and temperature sensitivities of the dual-peak gaps of reflection spectra resulted from K type side-hole fiber has been performed. The numerical analysis shows that the pressure and temperature sensitivities of birefringence with the side-hole fiber are 3.74 × 10^-6/MPa and -5.86 × 10^-8/℃, respectively. The dual-peak gaps of reflection spectra have been measured, and the corresponding sensitivities are respectively 6.1 pm/MPa and -0. 067 pm/℃. The theoretical and the experimental results accorded with each other. The results are valuable to research the static hydrodynamic fiber pressure sensors.
