摘　　要：研制了4 096×96元TDI(时间延迟积分)CCD成像系统。阐明了系统的设计原则及使用TDI CCD器件应掌握的主要技术。详细地叙述了旋转速度的计算方法、光学镜头的主要技术指标、TDI CCD器件的工作时序波形,给出了4 096×96元TDI CCD可见光成像器件四抽头的图像合成图片。The operation principle of self-fabricating 4 096 × 96 time delay integration（TDI） CCD is introduced. The design criterion of the TDI CCD imaging system, the key technologies used are explained as well as the calculation method of rotating speed. The main technological specifications of optics, the working timing waveform and the CCD signai processing techniques are presented in detail. Four-tap pictures using 4 096 × 96 visible TDI CCD imager are given. At last, the problems of the imaging circuits and the future direction are discussed.
