摘  要:研究了一种新的草甘膦中间体亚氨基二乙酸合成工艺。5℃时加入氨水、羟基乙腈及阻聚剂进行氨解反应生成中间体亚氨基二乙腈,在102℃,碱水解该化合物,生成相应的亚氨基二乙酸钠盐。用酸将溶液酸化至亚氨基二乙酸的等电点,亚氨基二乙酸晶体析出,脱色重结晶,抽滤、干燥得产品亚氨基二乙酸。亚氨基二乙酸的收率85%,含量达99.3%。A new method to prepare iminodiacetic acid, a intermediate of glyphosate, was proposed and studied. By adding inhibitor, ammonia and hydroxynitrile were ammonolyzed at 5℃ to produce a intermediate iminodiacetonitrile, which was hydrolyzed by alkali at 102℃ to produce a salt of disodium iminodiacetic acid. Sulfuric acid was added to the solution to neutralize to the isoelectric point of iminodiacetic acid (IDA), and IDA crystallized from the solution. The product IDA was achieved after decolorizing, recrystallizing, filtering and drying. The yield and content of IDA are 85% and 99.3%, respectively.
