The objective of this present work was to study the short-term influence of culturable microorganisms in jinggangmycin treated soils. The results indicated that high dose of jinggangmycin introduced into soil had significant stimulated effect on soil bacteria, the strongest degree of promotion of bacteria biomass was 220 times of the control's, but too high concentration of jinggangmycin treated soil had no significant promoted effect. Jinggangamycin could also promote the biomass of actinobacteria, but would inhibit it as followed, the strongest degrees of promotion and inhibition were 61 times and 14.5% respectively. Low dose of jinggangmycin treatment had no significant influence to fungi biomass, when the dose ofjinggangmycin Was high as 120, 240mL/kg, the biomass of soil fungi was stimulated, and the highest degree was 118 times than that of the control. In the pot experiment, the luminescence of Photobacterium phosphoreum spp. T3 showed a strongly negative relationship to the concentration of jinggangmycin, but luminescence of T3 could resume after one week later in treatment 5 and 6, while too high jinggangmycin would cause irreversible harm.
