摘　　要：白细胞介素10(IL-10)是一种重要的细胞因子,它处于免疫调节的中心环节,具有免疫抑制和免疫刺激的双重调节能力。体内IL-10的水平直接影响着某些疾病的易感性和严重性。现就IL-10的生物学功能做了简要的介绍,并对近些年来IL-10单核苷酸多态性(SNP)及IL-10 SNP与疾病易感性和严重性的研究进展进行了简单的回顾。Interleukin-10, which plays both inactive and active roles in the immunoregulatory system, is an important double-regulatory eytokine. The interleukin-10 levels produced in vivo directly influence susceptibility and severity of some disease. In this review, we discuss the biological role of interleukin-10, and summarize the recent findings describing the Interleukin 10 single nucleotide polymorphism as well as its correlation with the susceptibility and severity of diseases.
