摘　　要：研究了印刷电路板在线测量状态下印刷电路板受力点边界的应力分布规律。在印刷电路板受力边界粘贴电子应变片以应变电测技术和原理测定各测点的应变值。得出了印刷电路板各测点的应变值。对实验结果进行分析讨论。Research the stress distribution regulation of the stress point boundary with the PCB insitu measurement. Plaster the electron strain gauge on PCB stress boundary to measure the strain cost with both strain electrical logging technology and theory. Get the strain cost of each station.
