摘　　要：目的建立复方氯哌斯汀片的质量控制标准。方法对处方成分进行定性鉴别,采取紫外分光光度法、四苯硼钠法对有效成分进行定量分析。结果鉴别方法灵敏,专属性强,定量分析结果稳。结论质量方法可靠,结果稳定,可有效地控制制剂质量。OBJECTIVE To establish Standard to quality control the Tabella of Kechuantina. METHODS To identify the component of prescription,absorption spectrometry and method of tetraphenyl boron sodium to quantitative analysis the active component were used. RESULTS the method of appreciation is sensitiveness and specificity, The result of quantitative analysisis stable. CONCLUSION The method of mass detection is reliability,and consequence is lasting,can efficaciously control the quality of the preparcetion.
