摘　　要：简要回顾了木瓜属品种分类的研究历史,对其研究现状和存在的问题进行了评述。木瓜属品种的现代分类始于上世纪90年代,除传统形态分类外,尚无利用同工酶和分子标记等进行品种亲缘关系研究的报道。在品种分类中,常常存在植物学归属不清,以及同名异物和同物异名现象,品种调查、记载和命名比较混乱,目前仍缺乏合理的品种分类原则和分类系统,应加强品种形态学研究。The history, current status and problems existed in the studies of Chaenomeles were reviewed briefly. The modern cultivar classification of Chaenomeles has been studied since 1990s, isozyme technology and molecular marker have not been used to identify cultivar relationships, expect for traditional morphologic classification. No reasonable and accepted taxonomic principles and system are established up tonow, and there are still much confusion in cultivar investigation, records and nomenclature, Thus, it urgently needs to reinforce the morphologic studies of Chaenomeles cultivars.
