摘  要:采用非线性有限元程序对一种非规则节点的静力工作性能进行研究,通过与节点试验数据对比,验证了有限元结果的正确性.采用该程序研究了节点在正常工作下的应力状态、受力特点、非线性阶段的塑性区扩展变化过程、失稳模式,以及极限承载力,根据实际工程提出了补强加固措施.Lack of data on mechanical performance of irregular DK-joint has often made it a troublesome thing to make a design or improvement. In this article, FEA is used to study the static behavior of an irregular DK-joint. The validity of finite element model is firstly verified by experimental results. The meclranical behavior, including stress distribution, development of plastic field, failure mode and ultimate strength of the irregular DK-joint, is then delailedly studied with the numerical model. Based on the knowledge obtained from the FEA, suggestions are made for the reinforcement of the irregular DK-joint.
