探索投资与办学良性互动的民办高校可持续发展之路——湖南涉外经济学院的发展模式

摘　　要：制约我国民办高校持续健康发展的根本因素,是学校对资金投入需要的无限性与公司投入的积极性和能力有限之间的矛盾。我国民办高校的发展历史与现状表明,高度依赖学费的滚动型发展模式已不适应民办高等教育持续健康发展的需要。要真正解决资金短缺问题,只有使学校从资金的消费者向资金的增长点转变,才能促进学校与企业的持续发展,实现投资与办学的良性互动。湖南涉外经济学院在这方面进行了有益探索,取得了显著成效。The fundamental factor that constricts the sustainable and healthy development of civil-run colleges in China is the conflict between extensive need of investment funds in schools and the lack of investment initiatives and the limit of investment capability. The history of private colleges＇development shows that the mode heavily relying on school fees should not be adopted nowadays. In order to solve the problem, we must change our mode that the colleges should shift from being a fund consumer to being a fund growth player. Only in this way can the development of schools and enterprises be sustainable and reach the stage of benign interaction between investment and school running. In this aspect, Hunan International Economy College stands out as a good example, gaining obvious achievement.
