凝析油电脱盐技术研究

摘　　要：针对中国石油化工股份有限公司中原油田分公司天然气处理厂溶剂油分厂凝析油的特点,通过试验确定了其电脱盐的工艺参数,装置内构件选用鼠笼式电极,使电脱盐后凝析油中盐的质量浓度降到了3 mgNaCl/L以下,达到了设计要求,有推广应用价值。Based upon the properties of condensate oil in natural gas processing plant of SINOPEC Zhongyuan Oil Field Company, the electric desalting parameters are determined through experiments. In the desalting unit, the squirrel-cage electrodes are used, which has reduced the salt in desalted oil to less than 3 mgNa/L meeting the design specifications.
