双相不锈钢性能的探讨

摘　　要：炼油化工企业解决设备腐蚀问题的重要措施之一就是进行材料升级。对蒸馏塔的HCl- H2S-H2O环境的腐蚀,有些企业不惜使用昂贵的双相不锈钢空冷器,但由于对不锈钢特性了解不够,使得它未能发挥应有的效用,有的双相不锈钢空冷器只用了3个月就发生了穿孔失效事故。针对上述现象对双相不锈钢的性能进行了探讨。One of the equipment corrosion protection means in petroleum and petrochemical industries is upgrading of materials. Some refiners even selected the expensive duplex stainless steels for the air coolers for the HCl-H2-H2 O corrosive service in atmospheric distillation tower. Due to lack of correct understanding of the properties and performances of these steels, some duplex stainless steel air coolers failed after 3 months＇ operation. To deal with this problem, the performances of duplex stainless steels are studied in detail.
