单阶梯和双阶梯形势垒的透射系数

摘　　要：通过求解薛定谔方程得到了一维多阶梯势垒的传输矩阵和粒子透射系数的计算公式,具体给出了单阶梯势垒、双阶梯势垒的透射系数结果及其透射系数随入射粒子能量变化的曲线。The transfer matrix and the formulae of transmission coefficients of particle tunneling through one-dimensional multi-stepped potential barriers are studied by Erwin schrodinger equation. The results of transmission coefficient and the curves of transmission coefficients varying with the energy of incident patticles for one-stepped ootential barriers and double-stepped potential barriers are calculated.
