摘 要:进行了PAN多孔膜的表面水解改性及聚离子复合改性,探讨了水解反应温度、碱液浓度1水解时间等对膜的渗透汽化分离性能的影响。结果表明,PAN超滤膜经水解和聚离了复合改性后,可制成性能优良的渗透汽化膜,用于对乙醇水溶液进行渗透汽化分离,当进料浓度为90%(wt),进料温度为64℃时,渗透通量为1200g/m^2,h左右,分离因子为240。A new method for preparing the polyion compostie membrane is studied. The hydrolysis reaction of polyacrylonitrile UF membrane, the synthesis of polyion and the polyion complexation of membrane are considered in the article. Especially, the influences of hydrolysis conditions such as the temperature, the concentration of NaOH aqueous solution and the reaction time on the membranes separation properties are explored, and the optimum reaction conditions are determined. It is shown that the membrane of good separation properties can be made for pervaporation by means of the hydrolysis reaction and polyion complexation. The membrane has been used for ethanol/water separation, the separation factor and the permeation flux are about 240 and 1200g/m 2·h respectively, when the feed concentration of ethanol solution is 90%(wt) and the feed temperature is 64℃.
