摘　　要：籽粒苋生长迅速，极耐高温，适宜在南雄市紫色砂页岩水土流失区种植栽培。它不争耕地，既能起到水土保持作用，又能作饲料利用，且饲用价值高，是玉米的1．9—2．8倍，是一个不错的栽培品种。Amaranthus Sp.is fast growing,high temperature resistance and suitable to plant in soil and water loss region of purple sandshale in Nanxiong City.It can not only play the function of soil and water conservation and not use cultivated land,but also be used as feedstuff and its value is 1.9~2.8 times of the maize.It is a cultivation variety which worth paying attention to.
