重庆市某供电局314名女职工妇科体检情况分析

摘　　要：目的探讨重庆市某供电局女职工妇科健康状况。方法检测重庆市某供电局314名女职工妇科健康状况,包括妇科常规检查及宫颈涂片。结果314名受检者中215例(68.47%)患有不同程度的妇科疾病,其中居于前3位的分别为阴道炎(23.25%)、宫颈糜烂(21.34%)、子宫肌瘤(12.1%);年轻女职工宫颈糜烂的患病率明显高于中年和老年女职工。结论定期妇科体检可更好的了解女职工的健康状况。Objective To investigate the female health condition in a power plant of Chongqing City. Methods Three hundred and fourteen cases of female staffs in a power plant received gynaecologic exam including gynaecologic routine examination and cervical smear. Results Two hundred and fifteen of 314（68. 47%） female staffs suffered gynaecologic diseases to different degrees. The three leading diseases were colpitis （23.25%）, chronic cervicitis （21. 34%） , and hysteromyoma （12.1%）. The occurrence of cervicitis in young women was higher than that in the middle aged and aged. Conclusion The health condition of female staff could he well evaluated by periodic gynaecologic exam.
