摘　　要：文章简要论述了利用现代化振动监测技术对乳化器进行安全监测的必要性,介绍了振动监测和工艺参数监测相结合的乳化器安全监测与诊断系统,包括基本原理、系统的硬件设计、软件功能、特点和程序设计,以及在现场的运行情况。最后展望了这种监测手段的运用前景。The article demonstrated the necessity of using modern vibration monitoring technology on the safety monitoring of industry emulsifier production line. The first on-line combined vibration a：ad technical parameter monitoring system for emulsifier was introduced, including principle, hardware design, software＇s function and specialty, and the running status at present. In the end, the foreground of this monitoring method was also prospected.
