摘　　要：本文在简要分析主动网络体系结构的基础上,对实现主动报文的两种封装协议进行了比较详尽的阐述,分析了主动报文的装载机制及其在互联网上的处理流程,介绍了主动报文封装协议在网络管理和监控中的综合应用方案——智能包(smartpacket)方案,最后讨论了一种基于节点的主动网管模型中的主动报文的结构、封装方式及授权过程。The paper analyzed active network architecture and provided a detailed explanation about two encapsulation protocols of active packets, after that, talked about its loading mechanism, and the treatment process in Internet. Then it took smart packet as an example to illustrate the function of active packets encapsulation protocol, the realization of the management and control of the network was discussed in detail. As an example of the application of active technology, we provided an active management network model. The model structure, the encapsulation protocol, and its authorized method were fully discussed.
