摘　　要：目的筛选合适的指标作为我国艾滋病抗病毒药物治疗管理及患者管理指标,用于指导我国艾滋病抗病毒治疗工作。方法采用改良特尔菲专家咨询法,对卫生管理、疾病控制、临床医生以及流行病学、卫生统计学方面的专家进行两轮电子邮件咨询。结果通过两轮咨询,历时1个月,共筛选出32个指标。其中政府及卫生行政部门关注的指标17个,治疗管理及各级疾病预防控制机构关注的指标26个,临床患者管理人员关注的指标19个。结论建立了一套评价我国艾滋病抗病毒药物治疗管理和患者管理的指标。Objective To select adequate indicators for evaluating the management of antiretroviral therapy （ART） and AIDS patients to help the government, centers for disease control and prevention （CDC） and medical doctors to understand current situation and improve the use of ART in our country. Methods Modified Delphi method was used to call for consultation in the two rounds from experts in health management, disease control, epidemiology and health statistics by E-mail. Thirty five indicators for evaluating ART management were selected from Chinese ART database and WHO patients monitoring manual. Results After the two rounds of expertise consultation in one month, 32 indicators were selected, including those relevant to government, ART management, CDC, as well as those relevant to clinicians. Conclusion A series of indicators for evaluating the management of ART and AIDS patients in China had been established.
