摘  要:以Cu,Zn-SOD为标志酶,研究了烟草凝集物(CSC)对家兔受精卵酶活性的影响。结果:2小时培养的各组Cu,Zn-SOD酶活性分别为538.2U(对照组),473.5U(组Ⅰ),348.2U(组Ⅱ),116.4U(组Ⅲ);4小时培养的各组Cu,Zn-SOD酶活性分别为436.4U(对照组),332.5U(组Ⅰ),232.1U(组Ⅱ),55.8U(组Ⅲ),计算各组与CSC剂量间的相关性,相关系数分别为-0.996,-0.938,即随着CSC量的加大,Cu,Zn-SOD酶活性下降,结果表明CSC对超氧化物歧化酶系统有较强烈的抑制作用。The effect of cigarette smoking condensate (csc) on rabbit fertilized egg was studied.Blastocyst was cultivated with different amount of csc,and with the Cu,Zn SOD (Supero xide dismutase) as the mark of enzyme. Results were shown as following:After 2 hrs culture,Cu,Zn SOD activities were 538.2U,473.5U,348.2U and 116.4U in the control group,group Ⅰ,Ⅱ,and Ⅲ,respectively.After 4 hrs culture,those were 436.4U,332.5U,232.1U and 55.8U, respectively.The relationship between the enzyme activity and csc dose for each group was calculated statistically,the regression coefficients were -0.996 in group Ⅰ and -0.938 in group Ⅱ respectively,i.e.,Cu,Zn SOD activity of the blastocyst decreased with the increase of csc added.Based on these results it may be concluded that SOD system in the blastocyst is inhibited strongly by csc.
