摘　　要：目的了解卢湾区青少年生活质量状况及其影响因素。方法分层整群抽取3所小学、3所初中、3所高中，用华中科技大学编制的儿童少年生活质量量表进行生活质量的问卷调查，应用卡方检验等进行资料分析。结果随着儿童少年的年龄增长，他们对父母、老师的依赖性逐渐下降，希望独立自主的意识越来越强，不同年龄段有显著性差别（P〈0．01）；对同伴的信赖程度随着年龄增长而逐步增加，差别有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；不同年龄段的青少年对生活质量的满意度和睡眠、精力满意度均有不同程度的下降，有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论家长和老师应根据儿童青少年的生理发育规律及身心年龄特点，采用正确的、有针对性的教育方式，培养他们具有健康的心理和良好的社会适应能力。Objective To understand condition in quality of life and influential factors for children and teenagers of Lu Wan District. Method Students of 3 primary schools,3 junior middle schools and 3 senior middle schools were investigated with stratified group sampling, questionnaire on quality of life for children and teenagers which was compiled by Hua Zhong science and technology university, Chi-square test was used for analysis of data. Results Followed with increasing of age in teenagers, their dependence on parents and teachers were decreased gradually, sense of maintaining independence and action on one＇s own were getting strong more and more, there was difference of significance in different age brackets （P〈0.01）. degree of trust with companions was increased gradually with age and the difference was statistically meaningful （P〈0.01）, satisfied degree on quality of life and sleeping, energy were decreased with different degree and statistical significance （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Parents and teachers should adopt correct and directed educational mode based on children＇s and teenager＇s rule of physiological development and psychological specialties to train their healthy psychologic status and ability of social adaptation.
