复方红根草片质量标准的研究

摘　　要：目的：提高复方红根草片（红根草、穿心莲、鱼腥草等）的质量标准。方法：采用TLC法对方中的红根草、鱼腥草、野菊花、穿心莲、金银花5味药材进行定性鉴别；用HPLC法对方中穿心莲的有效成分脱水穿心莲内酯进行含量测定。结果：本品定性鉴别薄层色谱特征明显，专属性强；方法学考察表明，脱水穿心莲内酯进样量在0．0424-1．2720μg范围内具有良好的线性关系（r=0·9999），平均回收率为98.01％（n=9），RSD=1．21％。结论：方法简便、准确、重现性好，可用于复方红根草片的质量控制。Objective：To improve the quality standard for Compound Honggencao Tablets （Herba Salviae Prionitidis,Herba Andrographis, Herba Houttuyniae, etc. ）. Methods ： Herba Salviae Prionitidis, Herba Houttuyniae, Flos Chrysanthemi Indici, Herba Andrographis and Flos Lonicerae were identified by TLC. The deoxyandrographolide content of Herba Andrographis was determined by HPLC. Results：The quality control studies showed that the characteristic for identification by TLC was distinct and highly specific. The methodological studies showed that a good linear correlation for the deoxyandrographolide ex- isted in the range of 0. 0424-1. 2720μg（r =0.9999）. The average recovery of forsythin was 98. 01% （n= 9）and RSD was 1.21 %. Conclusion：The method is simple,accurate, reproducible and can be used for quality control of Compound Honggencao Tablets.
