摘　　要：目的:建立RP-HPLC法测定心可宁胶囊中原儿茶醛的含量,提高质量标准。方法:C18柱(岛津,6.0×150mm,5μm),甲醇-0.1%磷酸(18∶82)为流动相,检测波长279nm。结果:测得线性范围0.052μg-2.086μg,(r=0.9999),平均回收率100.5%,RSD为1.16%(n=9)。结论:本法简便,准确,重现性好。Objective：Establishing a method to determine the content of protocatechuic aldehyde in Xinkening Capsules and improve standard, Methods： Using SHIMADZU VP-ODS（6.0 × 150mm, 5μm）as column. The mobile phase is consisted of methanol-0. 1 % phosphoric acid（18 ： 82）and the detection wavelength is 279nm. Result ： The linear correlation observed in the rang of 0. 052μg- 2. 086μg（r= 0. 9999）. The mean recovery rate was 100. 5 %, RSD=1.16 %（n= 9）. Conclusion：The method is simple,accurate and reproducible.
