摘 要:目的:观察饥饿对大鼠血液生化指标及端粒酶活性的影响。方法:实验于2004-01/2005-02在河南科技大学医学院完成。选用健康SD雄性大鼠40只,单纯随机分为100%,80%,60%,50%进食组4组,每组10只。预先计算出大鼠每日平均进食量,分别按进食量的100%,80%,60%,50%喂食。实验前和喂养30d后,测量体质量;喂养30d后采血检测总蛋白、三酰甘油、胆固醇、空腹血糖及端粒酶活性(A450nm值)。结果:40只大鼠均进入结果分析。①体质量:实验前各组大鼠无明显差异,饥饿处理30d后,60%,50%进食组低于100%进食组(P<0.05,0.01)。②血三酰甘油浓度:60%,50%进食组低于100%进食组[(0.52±0.19),(0.43±0.17),(0.92±0.41)mmol/L,P<0.05]。③血胆固醇浓度:60%,50%进食组低于100%进食组[(3.36±0.31),(3.14±0.28),(4.13±0.34)mmol/L,P<0.05,0.01]。④空腹血糖和总蛋白水平4组比较差异不显著(P>0.05)。⑤端粒酶活性:100%,80%,60%,50%进食组的端粒酶活性比较差异均无显著性意义(0.70±0.05,0.67±0.07,0.68±0.10,0.67±0.11,P>0.05)。结论:50%进食至60%进食可维持大鼠血糖和总蛋白水平,维持体能,同时又可降低胆固醇和三酰甘油,降低体质量,但对端粒酶活性无显著影响。AIM: To explore the effects of starvation on biochemical index in blood and telomerase activities of rats METHODS: The experiment was conducted in Medical College of Henan University of Science and Technology from January 2004 to February 2005. Forty healthy adult male SD rats were selected and randomly divided into four groups: 100%, 80%, 60% and 50% food-intake group with 10 rats in each group. The daily mean food-intake was calculated in advance, and rats were fed respectively at 100%, 80%, 60% and 50%. The body mass was measured respectively before experiment and 30 days after feeding. Blood was drawn from rats at 30 days after feeding to detect the total protein, triacylglycerol, fasting blood glucose and telomerase activity (value of A 450nm). RESULTS: A total of 40 rats entered the final analysis.(1)Body mass: There were no obvious differences in rats among all groups before experiment, while that in rats of 60% and 50% food-intake group at 30 days after starvation were lower than 100% food-intake group (P 〈 0.05, 0.01). (2)Concentration of serum triacylglycerol: That in 60% and 50% food-intake group were lower than 100% food-intake group [(0.52±0.19), (0.43±0.17), (0.92±0.41) mmol/L,P 〈 0.05]. (3)Concentration of serum cholesterol: that in 60% and 50% food-intake group were lower than 100% group [(3.36±0.31 ), (3.14±0.28), (4.13±0.34) mmol/L,P 〈 0.05,0.01].(4)The differences in fasting blood glucose and level of total protein among four groups were no significant (P 〈 0.05). (5)Telomerase activity: There were no obvious differences in telomerase activity among 100%, 80%, 60% and 50% food-intake groups (0.70±0.05,0.67±0.07,0.68±0.10,0.67±0.11, P 〉 0.05). CONCLUSION: 50%-60% of food-intake can maintain the levels of blood sugar, total protein of serum and physical agility, meanwhile it can also reduce the levels of serum cholesterol and triglyceride as well as body mass.
