摘  要:针对传统电热涂料表面发热温度偏低、耐热性较差和温升启动慢等缺陷,研制出了在安全电压下具有优良电热性能的复合型无机炭系电热涂料。采用在耐热无机粘结剂中添加复合型炭系粉料,在耐热载体表面预埋电极后用涂覆法成型固化,再在其表面喷涂含铝高温涂料经二次固化制得复合型无机炭系电热涂层。用SEM电镜对涂层微观结构和粒子分布状态进行表征和分析;用伏安法体积电阻率测试仪和电参数测定仪对电热涂层进行电学、热学等性能的测试。研究结果表明:在相同条件下,采用无机粘结剂为基体的电热涂层比用改性树脂的涂层具有更优良的电热性能;在室温为(19±2)℃时,电压36V,通电18min,复合导电填料含量40%制得的无机炭系电热涂层表面温度可达到299.0℃;而以改性树脂为粘结剂制得的涂层的表面温度仅为79.1℃左右。The composite inorganic electric heating carbon coating, which has excellent electroheat property at the safety voltage, was developed in view of the problems of low heating temperature, insufficient heat resistance and slow rate ternperature increment of the traditional electric heating coatings. The composite inorganic electric heating carbon coating was prepared by adding composite carbon powders as conductive filler into inorganic binder, coating molded onto the surface of the heat resisting matrix after embedded electric pole, through two - step solidifying the coating after sprayed aluminiferous high temperature paint on its surface. The microstructure and partical size distribution of the carbon coating was characterized and analyzed by SEM, while electroheat property tested by voltage -current volume resistivity tester and electrical parameter tester. The results show that, at the same conditions, the electric heating coating using inorganic binder as base has better electric heating property than those of the one using organic resin as base. It has been found that, at room temperature( 19± 2)℃ and 36 V for 18 min, the heating temperature of the coating prepared using inorganic as binder and with the composite conductive filler content of 40% reaches 290. 0℃, while the heating temperature of the coating prepared using modified resin as binder and with the composite conductive filler content of 40% only reaches 79. 1 ℃.
