川西白腹鼠的亚种分化研究

摘　　要：应用SPSS软件包中的主成份分析(PCA)和判别分析(DA)方法对我国西南地区的川西白腹鼠标本的头骨数据进行聚类研究分析,发现采自云南腾冲、云龙、玉龙雪山及哀牢山等地的川西白腹鼠标本聚在一起,而川西和滇西北白腹鼠标本聚成另一类群,证实了前文报道的滇西亚种Niviventer excelsior tengchongensis为一有效亚种。Using Principal Component Analysis （PCA） and Discriminant Analysis （DA） of the SPSS software, the skull data of 106 specimens of Chinese white- bellied rat （Niviventer excelsior ） collected in Southwestern China were assessed to cluster. The results showed that the sample collected from Tengchong, Yunlong, Yulong snow mountains and Ailao mountain, Yunnan Province clusters together and that from West Sichuan, Deqin and Zhongdian, Northwest Yunnan constitute another cluster, which supported the opinion that Niviventer excelsior tengchongensis is a valid subspecies of Niviventer excelsior reported in previous paper.
