摘　　要：倾角传感器可广泛应用于工业自动化、工程机械、医疗设备等领域,基于MEMS技术和单片机技术研制的倾角传感器,具有7段LCD显示和标准RS-485通讯接口,体积小、功耗低,既可作为检测仪表使用,也可作为测控单元连接到现场总线实现联网检测,该传感器已投入实际应用,效果良好。Tilt sensor can be used in automation, engineering machinery, medical equipment, etc. Making use of MEMS and MCU technology a tilt sensor with 7-segment LCD and standard RS-485 communication interface is developed, which has advantage of small size, low power. This sensor can be used as a stand--alone instrument, and also be used as a unit linking to field--bus to realize network measure. This sensor has been put into practical use and achieved better results.
