摘　　要：目的:综述电针镇痛的理论基础以及目前电针治疗仪的发展状况。方法:通过查阅大量文献,从神经、体液以及分子水平概述了电针镇痛的机制,简要介绍了电针治疗仪器的优点、种类、使用方法、注意事项以及以中医理论为基础,与现代科技相结合的电针镇痛仪器的研究现状和发展前景。结论:为今后研究开发新型的电针治疗仪提供了理论基础。Purpose：To summarize the base of electroacupuncture analgesia theory and the development of pain-reliever at present. Methods：By consulting a great deal of literatures, the mechanism of electroacupuncture analgesia is summarized from nerve, body fluid to molecule. The merits, kinds, using methods and notices of electroacupuncture are briefly introduced, Present research of Electroacuncture analgesia and its prospects based on traditional Chinese medical theory and modern science and technology are also summed up. Conclusion ：This paper provides the basic theory for studying and developing the new style pain-relievers.
