摘　　要：介绍一种新型三通式钢丝加强型气管导管。该气管导管设置三通式接头,主通道有通气和连接两方面作用,侧通道可在自主呼吸时放置吸氧管,起到吸氧或吸取分泌物的作用。同时气管导管内置钢丝防止打折。This paper introduces a brand-new three-way trachea tube reinforced by steel. It has a three-way junction. The main tube has the function of ventilation and connection, while the side tube which can be connected to oxygen-breath tube is used for the autonomic breath of the patient or for nurses to draw secretions. Furthermore, the steel wire is inserted in the tubes in case it is snapped,
