摘  要:目的探讨水提醇沉法提取金银花多糖的最佳工艺。方法用正交设计法研究影响金银花多糖提取的因素,用硫酸-苯酚法测定金银花多糖的相对百分含量。结果金银花多糖的最佳提取工艺为水浸提2 h,浸提温度90℃,氯仿萃取1次,沉析用乙醇浓度为80%。结论该工艺适合金银花多糖的提取,为深入研究金银花多糖提供了基础。Objective To study the optimum technics of extracting Flos Lonicerae polysaccharide. Methods The factors affecting the extraction of Flos Lonicerae polysaccharide were studied by Orthogonal test, and the relative percentage content of Flos Lonicerae polysaccharide was studied with sulfuric acid-phenol method. Results The optimum technic of extracting Flos Lonicerae polysaccharide was as follows: water permeating time 2 h, temperature of water 90 ℃, extraction with chloroform once, concentration of alcohol 80% o Conclusion This method is the optimum technic for extracting Flos Lonicerae polysaccharide, providing a basis for its further study.
