摘 要:在气提升循环流化床内安装膜组件构成膜生物反应器,用其处理焦化废水,考察其对NH3-N的去除效果,结果表明:膜的截留作用使世代周期长的硝化菌被截留在反应器内并富集成为优势菌种。在严格控制反应器中的温度、DO和pH值的条件下,系统出水NH3-N能够稳定在5 mg/L以下,去除率>95%。在系统的整个运行过程中,对NH3-N的去除主要受温度、DO、pH、HRT、进水NH3-N负荷等因素的影响,其中pH和HRT的影响较大。系统能够在高NH3-N负荷下长期运行,但负荷不宜超过0.63 kgNH3-N/(m3.d)。An experiment of using the airlift internal-loop reactor to treat coking wastewater was carried out. The removal efficiency of NH3 - N was investigated. The results show that due to the membrane interception, nitrobacteria with long generation cycles are kept in the reactor and concentrated into predominant bacteria type. Under strict conditions of temperature, DO and pH value in the reactor, NH3 - N of the effluent is stabilized below 5 mg/L, its removal rate is above 95%. During the entire systematic process, factors such as temperature, DO, pH, HRT, and influent loading are the main influences on the removal of NH3 - N, among which the pH value and the HRT are more influential. Compared with the conventional process, this system can run for longer time under higher loading situations, but the loading of influent should not exceed 0.63 kgNH3 -N/( m^3· d).
